1. Robust platform, needs excessive documentation
2. Multiple levels of navigation, even on the doc site
3. Difficult to find specifically what is needed
3. SOLUTIONS
1. Replicate the functionality of our platform within the doc site
2. Add ‘my docs’ an archiving feature that allows users to save specific pages to a new section with click and drag functionality
3. Allow sharing of collections to other users, with packaged contents
Design
It was a relatively easy start, since we were replicating some of our own functionality. We took the design system, used all existing iconography, typography sand color palette here. The ‘my docs’ feature was an add, that allows complete control for our users.
