Hi, I’m Chris Bienick. I’m a product designer with 10+ years of experience turning complex systems into clear, trustworthy user experiences. I lead end-to-end work across research, strategy, interaction design, and prototyping to ship AI and platform features that scale.

My projects include Oracle’s GenAI and Agents services, Plainsight’s detection explorer and model deployment, and Boomi’s API managements services. I’ve also built design-system and platform work that sped up engineering delivery and improved user outcomes. I partner closely with product and engineering to define metrics, prototype quickly, and ship instrumented solutions that prove impact.

Boomi products enable customers to build complex processes with ease and familiarity through a visual, drag & drop interface; manage and synchronize data across domains; and control the creation, deployment and management of APIs.

Lead UX design for three product teams, API Management and EDI/B2B trading partner integration. Design workflows, user journeys and wireframes, and collaborated with engineering to build a new APIM 2.0 solution for our users, with advanced capabilities and workflows.
