Create project based navigation

2. PROBLEMS
Organization. Many datasets, many models, versioning. We need a way to group all these assets into one specific container. We also need to limit viewing and/or editing of these specific containers.

3. SOLUTIONS
We did a lot of competitive research, but due to the limited usage of the current product, user interviews were incredibly difficult. We leaned heavily on our internal ML engineers to provide feedback. After we gathered this research, we then applied it to our own UI, grouping assets into logical sections. The end result was a project overview section, quick switcher, and a sleek navigation structure all based on the context of a specific project.
